Refund Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscription plans ("Plans") on the Just Write web application. All prices are billed in US Dollars (USD). By purchasing a Plan, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and renewal

Plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually, as shown at checkout) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will be charged using the payment method on file at the start of each new period.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, from the billing portal linked in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep access to paid features until that period ends, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

3. Refunds

All sales are final. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or for the time remaining after you cancel. This applies whether you cancel voluntarily or your access is suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you already cancelled), contact us using the details below and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

4. Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, we (through Stripe) may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds or you cancel. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect charges already made.
